1. Who we are

Legal Case Analyst (legalcaseanalyst.com, the "Service") is operated by TKJ Global Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 08272919), trading as Legal Case Analyst ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@legalcaseanalyst.com.

By purchasing a report or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and what it is not

The Service produces automated, preliminary, decision-support analysis of legal documents using artificial intelligence, applied to the law of the jurisdiction you select or that is detected from your document.

The Service is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. No solicitor–client, attorney–client or equivalent relationship is created by using it. Reports are a starting point for your own enquiries or for discussion with a licensed practitioner — not a substitute for one. Where a report identifies matters that need professional advice, it will say so, and we can refer you to a licensed practitioner on request.

AI disclosure: analysis is generated by artificial intelligence. Citations drawn from our verified authority bank are reproduced verbatim; any authority from outside that bank is visibly marked VERIFY and must be checked against primary sources before you rely on it. AI output can contain errors; you must exercise your own judgment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter binding contracts. You may use the Service as a consumer or in the course of business; some provisions below apply differently to consumers.

4. Ordering and price

Orders are placed through our online store and paid in pounds sterling at the price displayed at checkout (including any applicable VAT). Founding pricing is limited to the advertised number of reports. We may change prices for future orders at any time.

5. How delivery works

• After payment you receive an email containing a secure, single-use upload link.
• You upload one document per report: PDF, Word or plain text, up to approximately 500 pages. Scanned-image PDFs, password-protected files and corrupted files are not supported.
• Analysis begins immediately on upload. Your report is delivered by email as Word and PDF files — our target is well within one hour and in any event within 24 hours of a successful upload.
• Document type and governing jurisdiction are detected automatically; any jurisdiction you state takes precedence. If your document's jurisdiction is outside our published coverage, we will refund the order rather than deliver an out-of-coverage analysis.

6. Cancellation, refunds and your statutory rights

• Immediate performance. By uploading your document you request that we begin performing the Service immediately. For consumers in the UK, you acknowledge that once the report has been delivered the Service has been fully performed and the statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 no longer applies; you may cancel for a full refund at any time before you upload a document.
• Automatic refund on failure. If your analysis fails for a technical reason, we refund the order in full automatically — you are never charged for a failed analysis.
• Founding reports additionally carry a satisfaction refund: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the order.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your non-excludable statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (digital content and services to be as described and provided with reasonable care and skill), the Australian Consumer Law's consumer guarantees, and equivalent mandatory consumer protections where you live.

7. Your document: rights, licence and deletion

• You promise that you are entitled to upload the document and that doing so breaches no law, court order, confidentiality obligation owed to another person, or another person's privilege, and that any personal data in it is uploaded lawfully.
• You grant us a limited licence to process the document solely to produce and deliver your report. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
• No retention: your document and the analysis are deleted from our systems after delivery. Keep your own copies; we cannot re-send a report after deletion.

8. Your report

You own your copy of the report and may use it for your own purposes, including sharing it with your advisers and counterparties. You may not resell reports, offer them to third parties as legal advice, or represent them as the work of a law firm. We retain all rights in the Service, its software, templates, prompts and authority bank.

9. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious files; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or circumvent the Service or its security or usage limits; use automated tools to place orders or submissions; or resell access. We may refuse, suspend or cancel service (with a refund of undelivered orders) for breach of this section.

10. Service availability

The Service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may delay delivery; the 24-hour delivery commitment and the automatic-refund rule in section 6 continue to apply.

11. Liability

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from reliance on a report without the professional verification the report itself recommends; and our total liability arising from or in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
• If you are a consumer, this section does not affect your statutory rights described in section 6.

12. Indemnity (business users only)

If you use the Service in the course of business, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of section 7 (document rights) or unlawful use of the Service. This section does not apply to consumers.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (at /privacy-policy/) explains how we handle personal data, including order details and the no-retention handling of uploaded documents. It forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws, and the right to use the courts, of the place where you live.
