FOR SOLICITORS, BARRISTERS, IN-HOUSE AND PARALEGAL TEAMS

The first pass, done before you open the file.

Legal Case Analyst reads a document under the law that actually governs it and returns severity-ranked issues, each tied to a clause, with authorities you can check. It does not advise and it does not exercise judgement. It removes the part of the review that never needed either.

WATCH — 47 SECONDS

Where it earns its place

Six situations practitioners actually bring it to. None of them involve it replacing you.

First-pass review and triage

Run the lease, NDA or services agreement before you do. You open the file already knowing where the risk sits, so your time goes to the four clauses that matter rather than the forty that don't.

Documents outside your admission

You are admitted in one place; the paper is governed by another. Get a structured read under Delaware, Ontario, Victorian or Scots law before you instruct local counsel — and instruct them from a marked-up issues list rather than a cold brief.

Fixed-fee and volume work

Where the fee is agreed in advance, minutes are margin. A first pass at £12 a document changes the arithmetic on high-volume NDA, supplier and onboarding review.

Supervising junior work

Give a trainee's review something independent to check against — or check the trainee's output. Every issue carries the clause reference it came from, so the supervision conversation starts at the document.

Citation integrity

Authorities from the curated bank are quoted verbatim and labelled as such. Anything drawn from model knowledge is visibly flagged for verification. On a subject where practitioners have been sanctioned for filing invented cases, that distinction is the whole product.

The bundle that lands late

Two hundred pages the day before completion, or the historic contracts nobody has read since the acquisition. Long documents are chunked at paragraph boundaries and consolidated — not truncated.

What comes back

On screen in minutes, with Word and PDF to download — or without leaving the document at all, through the Word and Excel plugin.

Issues, ranked by severity

Each one tied to the clause it came from, so you can go straight to it.

Balance of power

Which way the document leans, clause by clause — useful on your own draft as well as the other side's.

Authorities, labelled by source

Bank citations quoted verbatim; model-knowledge citations carry a VERIFY badge. You always know which is which.

Where the risk concentrates

Issues ordered by severity so the three clauses that actually matter surface first. The report identifies and explains; the judgement stays yours.

THE DEMONSTRATION — 51 SECONDS

Watch it work, end to end

This is a real commercial lease. Upload, auto-detect, and the report on screen: thirteen issues ranked by severity, each tied to the clause it came from, the balance of power between the parties, and the Word and PDF you take away.

Recorded from the running product on a genuine analysis — not a mock-up. The preliminary advice opens, as every report does, by telling the reader to take it to a qualified practitioner.

The questions your risk partner will ask

Answered plainly, because these are what decide whether a firm can use a tool like this at all.

Is client material stored?

The uploaded file is never stored, and the finished report is not retained on our servers either — it is delivered on screen and emailed to you as Word and PDF. Order records are kept for accounting; your documents and reports are not.

Is it used to train a model?

No. Under the commercial terms we contract on, the provider may not train models on customer content — that covers both what we send and what comes back — and may not sell it, share it, or use it outside providing the service. Those are contractual terms, not assurances.

Is the output legal advice?

No — and for you that is the point. It is an input to your work product. You remain responsible for the advice you give and the document you settle.

What about a processor agreement?

For firm use we will put a data-processing agreement in place before you send us anything. Email hello@legalcaseanalyst.com and we will start there.

If you are running vendor due diligence first, our vendor information page sets out where documents are processed, what is kept, our sub-processors, the contractual position on model training, and a starting point for your engagement letter.

Coverage that goes below national level

73 jurisdictions, 22 document types. England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland as the distinct systems they are. All 50 US states and DC, including civil-law Louisiana. Australia federally and across all eight states and territories. Canada including civil-law Quebec. South Africa, Nigeria and Hong Kong.

The same clause is not the same clause in Melbourne and Edinburgh. Federal and state rules compose automatically, so a Victorian retail lease is read under the Retail Leases Act 2003 and a Scottish lease is read for irritancy and tacit relocation rather than forfeiture.

What it will not do

• It does not negotiate, advise, or exercise judgement. It reads.

• It is not a substitute for reading the document yourself.

• Immigration work is deliberately gated: analysis is available to regulated advisers, and case advice is not offered at all (Immigration and Asylum Act 1999).

• Clause drafting is offered only for document classes that do not touch reserved instrument activities — leases, transfers, charges and court documents are excluded by design.

• If your matter falls outside the coverage list, the work is refunded rather than guessed at.

WATCH — PAY AS YOU GO, 90 SECONDS

Try it on a document you already know

The fastest way to judge it is to run something you have already reviewed and see what it finds, misses and flags. One document up to 20,000 words is £12 during the founding window (£24 after), priced by length beyond that, with the exact figure shown before you pay.
